In a remarkable and spiritually uplifting ceremony, the Glammic Unique School of Soul Winning Centre held its maiden graduation at the Atomic Hills Baptist Church in Accra. This groundbreaking event celebrated the first cohort of 15 graduates who completed the program designed to empower and equip them for the noble mission of soul-winning.
The Vision Behind Glammic Unique School
Reverend Michael Oppong Essuman, the visionary Director and Founder of the Centre, shared the inspiring mission that birthed this initiative. Established as an end-time mobilization and evangelistic mission, the Centre is dedicated to training lay street preachers to preach the Kingdom of God effectively.
Speaking to the uniqueness of the training, Reverend Essuman explained the deliberate design of the program: a short yet impactful three-month course with classes held once a week. This format accommodates participants who have already received a divine calling, providing them with formal training and essential resources to enhance their evangelical work.
Reverend Essuman recounted the journey of the Centre’s establishment, emphasizing the need to mobilize and support more lay preachers. He passionately appealed for resources to sustain and expand the Centre’s efforts, ensuring that more people are empowered to fulfill the Great Commission.
The Great Commission: A Divine Mandate
The ceremony’s special guest, Reverend Emmanuel Annoh, a retired minister of the Baptist Church, delivered an inspiring message under the theme “The Great Commission.” He lamented the declining focus on evangelism among Christians, stressing the urgency of reigniting this divine mission.
Reverend Annoh reminded the audience of Jesus Christ’s command in Matthew 28:18-20, urging the Church and every Christian to take soul-winning seriously. Addressing the graduates directly, he charged them to remain committed to their calling, inspiring them to impact this generation and lead more souls into the Kingdom of God.
Empowering the Graduates
In a fitting conclusion to the ceremony, each graduate was presented with essential tools to support their mission. These included Bible-based literature, tracts, megaphones, rechargeable speakers, and instructional materials, ensuring they are well-equipped for the challenges ahead.
The event was a collaborative effort with Philfree Media Network, a Christian-based online media platform. The Centre acknowledged Mr. Freeman Kofi Owusu, the network’s CEO, for his unwavering support, which has been instrumental in the success of their initiatives.
A Call to Action
The maiden graduation of the Glammic Unique School of Soul Winning Centre serves as a poignant reminder of the critical role evangelism plays in fulfilling God’s purpose. It also highlights the need for continued support and resources to empower those answering the call.
As the graduates step out into the world with their newly acquired tools and training, they carry with them the hope of touching lives, spreading the Gospel, and bringing many into the light of God’s Kingdom.
May this milestone inspire others to rise to the call, remembering that the Great Commission is not just a command but a privilege for all believers.
